Nice and tight course. Lots of challenges. Great condition. Lots to in town after the round.

Great Prices...Nice coastal course with plenty of wind, and water. Swampy texas coast, So beware of mosquitoes and alligators (warning signs sre numerous). I brought a small dog, and spent more time worrying about her, then concentrating on my golf game. Lol.

But the course is a gem. The fairways were in very good condition. Water hazards are on almost every hole. There were a few sand bunkers but most were filled with water.

The greens were in excellent condition, and rolled true.

We played on a nice sunny day 60's to low 70's, 10 to 15 mile hour winds, and a few holes we were attacked by huge mosquitos unaffected by the wind. So bad decided to pick up and race to next hole. Would recommend repellent here, as well as at many courses in this area as well.

Anxious to play this course again, ,mosquito repellent in hand, great value.

1st time playing. The fairways were in rough shape, but the greens were in great shape. No water or sand traps, but plays long a bit.

Would play again if the price is right. Do wish that the fairways come back.

Could use a marshall. Sand traps are needing improvement. Other then that nice course. Difficult, lots of blind shots. Will play again.

Played twice, and the 2nd time I appreciated this design a bit more then the first. The front 9 is tight, elevated and short (2686 yards from the white). The back is much more wide open and quite a bit longer (3110 yards).

This could be a very nice course if they groomed the fairways, but the greens were in nice shape. The biggest complaint I had is the fairways were in rough shape, so your playing off hard packed dirt. Next time I plan on using more woods, and put away the irons.

Overall, not a bad experience for cheap. Can be very challenging due to the course conditions, and elevations.

This is one of the nicest layouts in the hill country! I drive from southwest Austin to play this course. The staff is super friendly. Greens were in great shape today, kind of fast. The fairways today were so well manicured I felt I was playing on artificial turf. A gem of a course.

Very nice well groomed public course in Southwest Austin. Rustic hill country, not too difficult. Good course for walking.

This course was quite wet today, so no run on the fairways. Cart path only due to rain in the a.m.

Play this course often and always a challenge. Always in good shape. Deceptive as to difficulty, must hit long, and lots of water hazards. Narrow fairways, you may hit a house or two. Interesting course design. 10 is a hoot, hit to the right, and you'll avoid water. 18, just get over the water off the tee.

This is one if the best, most interesting courses in the DFW area. Well maintained. Friendly staff! Great practice facility. And tasty homemade lunch specials. Most holes are well protected, very playable even on windy days. Always a sraight up and challenging course. GPS mapping on carts!

Beautiful farmland links style, always maintained well, greens and fairways very good condition. One of my favorites.

This is a Fazio layout, that is one of the best values in the dew metroplex. Course has never been in better shape in the last couple of years. A few of the cart paths need some patching, but fairways are in terrific condition. The greens are coming out nicely. Challenging and congrats to the golf staff for improving this club. Check out the daily lunch buffet. Yum.

This course is always a thrill and you're going to either score very low, or you're going to have a really high score and lose a lot

The course is always in pristine and wonderful condition except the sand traps might be a little low on sand. The food is great if you're there at lunch time. I can't say enough, allways enjoy this course.Very tight and must carry creeks on many of the holes.

Just got new gps system.

This is a favorite course and is in great shape. Very challenging, would be nice if they had a gps system.

Not sure if they have have any food except hot dogs, at least on weekdays when I usually play it.

Hole #8 is especially tough.

This course is tricky, and well designed. You will use every club in your bag. The greens roll nice and read true.

The fairways, tee boxes, hazards, need a lot of TLC. FIREANTS everywhere on the day we played, after a heavy rain.

This course is a diamond in the rough.

Nice conditions. The 6 (par 3) 6 (par 4) 6 (par 5) design is interesting. Airport runway right there. Kind of busy, maybe air show. Played on New Years Eve and tragically two planes collided.

This course is always in great shape. Have played many times. Its a tight, long play. Lots of houses. Greens always perfect. Got to hit them straight to score low. Hole 10 can be intimidating, with a 2 water split fairway, above average hotdogs!

Great Layout. Good deal for the money. Only negative is the noise, in and out from dfw airport. One of the nicest courses in D F W. Bloody Marys are delicious.
