My father in law and I were happy with it, we played it at 6 AM earlier in the week and it was a good pace then and thought it was in a bit better shape that morning but not much better. Rumor has it that it was in the tail end of the over-seeding so some of the grass was starting to grow back in but it did not affect the shots we took. We were both more than happy to pay the price we paid for it, we would play it again and would recommend it

had a good time playing the course, we waited a bit but it was mid afternoon. It was in great shape the staff was helpful. We were happy with what we paid for the round. The weather being about 95 degrees made it manageable. The beer cart was out and was friendly and had cold beer so that was nice too.

Had a great time on an early morning round. Speed of play was good, course was in good shape.
