Course was in fabulous Condition, tee to green. . The only negative would be their lack of a legitimate practice range, and putting green. Didn’t stay for the food. Would definitely come back again.

Course in great shape except for some rough and the driving range that were drowned during the winter rains. Greens are quick and diabolical.

Chose to play here while our course was closed for the day due to a trounament.

We met Rick, who set up our bags and was a delight to talk with. That was the best things that happened all day on this course. OK, so they had a lot of rain in the past couple days and the range was closed. There were puddles here and there in the rough, but that's no excuse for not mowing the fairways, raking the bunkers and maintaining the course. The pro shop claimed they only had 8 - count them 8 - grounds crew to maintain all 3 courses and they were spending all their efforts at Pine Lakes across the street.
The greens were a disgrace. Divots or animal diggings in the green. Stripes of scalped grass on almost every green, bare spots everywhere.
The following day we played Pine Lakes and that course was not perfect, ,but miles better than that sorry excuse called Oleaner.

This could be such a beautiful place to play golf. The views are spectacular and the course layout is challenging but fair. Unfortunately the fairways have many bare spots where the grass has died from poor drainage. The bunkers were mostly flooded. Balls were lost when submerged in the muddy water.

always enjoy playing here and rarely more than 4 hours. Course greens are in great shape but some bare spots on fairways. The wind off the water...always the wind.

No complaints about this course. Great.conditions from tee to green. Putting is a real challenge.

Course is great from tee to green. Would gladly play it again from shorter tee boxes. Par 3 are too long for us geezers from the Whites

The wind off the water makes it a little more challenging but very much enjoy playing here.
Fairways are tight lies but the greens and bunkers are generally in good shape.
18 holes in 3:15 minutes. Great.
Wish they had room for a practice facility.

Layout was nice. Par 3s almost never shorter than 160 yds. Carts were popular during the Truman administration. Water on the course but no cups-except at the clubhouse. Toilets were very bus station quality. Fairways need work.

Trying to think of something nice to say about this course but nothing comes to mind. Condition of tees, fairways and greens are awful. No grass on most of the fairways and no sand in most bunkers. Never again.

No major complaints but please get some rangers out on the course. 51/2 hours is inexcusable.

First time here and left plenty of warm up time. Alas, no range or practice green-just an enclosed net. Fairways are a little shaggy but greens are ingreat shape. Four hour round was a pleasure.

Played quickly in around 4.25 hours. Ranger came around twice to move people along. No snack or drink cart. Tee boxes and fairways are quite ragged but greens were in good shape. Some bunkers had more sand than others. Would return to play again but not real soon.

When I checked into the pro shop, I got three surprises. First, they had just aerated the front 9 yesterday. Second, we would be playing the front nine twice, as the back nine was being aerated while I was checking in. Third, I was going to be charged full freight on greens fees or I could go play..somewhere else.
With all the technology available, how difficult would it have been to post those warnings on the website when trying to make a reservation ? I might have gone somewhere else and tried Brambleton at a later date.

Rolling fairways of crabgrass with many bare spots. More grass in the bunkers than on the fairways. The course has some nice design features. It could be a good venue if management put some money back into it.
