Golf course was in fair condition...fairways were a little sparse ,absolutely no rough on course.....bunkers are being redone with nice white sand....

golf course was in good condition...... greens were rolling smooth and true---fairways had some dead spots, as almost all courses do in this heat, but they were doing something about it by heavy watering and resodding some spots......was pleasantly surprised by the good conditions-----that said, the range balls could be updated to balls that actually have dimples on them......enjoyed the round .......

golf course was in very good condition, even at this time of year....greens were great, rolled smoothly and held incoming shots......fairways will be in great shape in another week or so as the bermuda grass is coming in nicely....staff is very well trained .....

played last Thursday at 11:00.....course was in excellent condition, especially for this time of the year in Phoenix....staff was very helpful from the time we drove up ,,,,they were right there to grab our clubs and set us up....pro shop was very inviting and professional......course was fun and challenging, having to hit off some elevated tee boxes.....stopped in for a drink and some food after the round...bar was quite interesting looking around at all of the history .....

What a major disappointment this course has become.... practice green is 75% dirt and 15% dead grass and 10% actual green you could putt on...the greens on the front 9 were absolutely horrible....patches of good green but mostly dead grass and dirt,... fairways were no better...... Absolutely the worst conditioned course in the valley...no warning on their website that they don't know how to grow grass...brought 2 relatives from out of state to play and I was extremely embarrassed i picked this course.......last time I will play this course---4 hours and 20 minutes playing behind members,who were 2 holes behind the group in front of them

course was in great shape...greens rolled true and smooth....

got to play both courses at Torreon...what a treat !both courses are in fantastic condition...great scenery...greens are large , fast, and hard to read...
