The overall condition is very poor. Course has lots of areas without grass, greens are in poor shape, lots of divots and grass in poor condition, fairway bathrooms are in poor shape.

This was a great deal and the course was an interesting and challenging one to play. For 18 holes there are other great courses priced much less.

Grass Clippings at Rolling Hills
