The typical first interaction is with the Pro shop, the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and willing to work with me on start time and number of players I wanted to play with.
The second touch point was the driving range where I was glad to see the tee area is well maintained, the range itself looked worn, but there were yardage markers in place so no real complaints.
The third touch point was my interaction with the starter "Carl", he was friendly, flexable and had knowledge of the course condition, "was honest" in his assessment.
The course was in good shape, play flowed well, even with a number of other twosomes playing ahead of us.
