I checked in forest with golf now for $30. Individually have one hour could met another couple the starter handle the group so we went home right away so the 20 minutes before money.

Not for the elderly. To steep. Fun but odd holes for landing.

The pace of play was 5 hours & 10minutes. No ranger. Tight fairways.

They were plugging the front nine when we arrived. Played the back nine 2 times. Joined with another couple on the last 10 holes. Slow process. Play is just slow in CA I guess.

I was drawn to this course because of the ties to RTJ design in Spring Green WI that is near where I live summers.

What dream roll on the greens.

Skills with cart are more important than skills in golf. Strong legs climbing hills when not in cart. Bring balls.

All alone first 4 took 25 minutes then caught a 4 some 4.5 hours last 14 holes.

This is a hilly course. I was fun and some poorly designed holes. Nine is blind driving par 4. You better look before you use a driver on this hole as you will be in a yard left or right.

Greens were poor condition and some of the paths, landscaping and traps could use some work.

The green were very good for this time of year. We played other courses and these were giving us a true roll.

We went as a foursome, with our wives. Struggled at times but some birdies as well. Lots of fun.
