The greens were Too small Too hard and Too fast given the layout. The rough was weeds and bare spots. The fairways a bit worn out. The price was very low so the conditions matched the cost. The amenities and Proshop were nonexistent/lacking The lady working the course was nice enough. Much nicer than some other reviews seemed to indicate. I don’t regret going, but would not play it again.

Bob O Link is getting better every year and I commend them for their hard work, friendliness and results, but the 4 nines are not 5 stars. More like 3 stars.

A good course and value. We played the Lakes Course. The Forest Course is even better.

We went off at 7:20am. Pace of play was excellent. Our foursome was done in 2.5 hours.

The course is a bit short, but there are small greens and hazards enough to keep one from overly taking advantage of it.

The greens rolled medium. There are several holes that one needs to put uphill or you are guaranteed a 3 put or a miracle.

The fairways were OK. The rough was OK.

Course conditions were fair to average.

Overall a good course to play. The greens were faster than anticipated, especially given the below average appearance of the greens.

The course was in good condition. Wet in spots, but every course has that issue now. I plan on playing again.

My first time playing here. The course was a bit shorter than expected so we played from the tips rather than blue tees. The layout of the course was fine, but the weeds are taking over the tees, fairways, rough, and even spots on the greens. The greens were slow and inconsistent. The holes were raggedy and not cut recently. The bunkers had some fresh sand on top, but not raked very well. It was still a good value for what was paid, but I doubt if I will play it again anytime soon and I would not recommend it.

The bar/restaurant was closed due to an event so we went up the street to the TPC, which was a better choice anyway.

The course is way over rated on Golf Advisor. Perhaps some guests are in love with the price. If you are just looking for an inexpensive round, you will like it, otherwise you may want to look at other options..

A good layout but lots of TLC is needed to get this course up to grade. Slow greens. Worn fairways. Unfortunately, I’ve already booked another round. The staff were very good.

They upgraded the course but have not kept up with the maintenance. Horrific fairways, slow greens, Rutted and worn.

I was fortunate to get a hot deal on golf now. This is an excellent course without any houses detracting the beauty of the course and scenery. Greens rolled well and held approach shots fairly. A great place to play. I'll be back.

I'm amazed that more people in the hotel zone don't play golf here. It's convenient and a great value. I've been playing it for over 10 years and love it. The starter runs a tight group of energetic and helpful staff.

My only recommendations are that they should cut the fairways and green a little shorter. Not to say they aren't nice and medium speed greens, but it would be a 5 star course with smooth fast greens and a tighter fairway. I assume they don't to avoid watering more frequently including during the day when the course is in play.

The staff are very friendly. Pace of play very good. Unfortunately, the tee boxes, fairways, and greens were poorly maintained, uncut or not cut enough. It was a long drive for a disappointing round. The course has good potential with proper care and maintenance.
