Good Day of Golf

Pace could have been better. Course in good shape, had to wait because of Frost delay, course furnished free range balls in lieu of delay! I assume the Frost delay affected the pace of play.

Golfer Heaven

Great golf resort. This course is another great Ted Robinson design. Played the Valley course, the T boxes & Fairways are in great condition, but most of the greens were bad, dried out and bumps.

Golfers Heaven

Very fun & forgiving course with bonus views of the Las Vegas strip. Considering winter conditions the course is in good shape, Fairways firm, the Greens also firm and rolling true. Employees were friendly and cordial. The restaurant was closed that day, but they did have a beverage cart. The pace of play was great!

Easy to get too gem! Bring your camera!

It is hard to say that I have favorite hole on this course because I like almost all of them. I liked hole 16 better when the T Box was on the west side of the ravine, I think 16 would be better if west side T was restored and you could use either one. This course has spectaclar elevation changes for golf and viewing. Course is in good condition especially considering the hot weather. The green were good, drying, running hard, true and fast.

The Blind T Shot

Lots of narrow fairways and blind T shots, not mention the creek hazard on most of the course. Amazing I started and finished with the same ball. Number 7, a men's par 5 number 1 handicap. Hit your T shot to a narrow dog leg fairway and then there is 70 foot tree in the middle of the fairway, hit your 2nd shot and wish it well. The greens are in very good shape and running well. This course demand patience.

Course Design

Not a real long course, but very good Design. Lots of good dog legs and elevated Greens. The course is in good condition, the Greens in great shape and running true. Some the fairway Bunkers in poor condition with hard bottoms, need sand. They let us start early ahead of or T time, the pace was good. Overall a good course and a great day.

Chino Creek Challenge

Fun course, the back nine is more challenging on the 4 holes that the Creek comes into play. All the course gets more challenging when it's windy. The course has some mellow elevation change and some dog legs. Number 6 can possibly be a drive able par 4, for the long hitters. The only negative on this course is some of the holes have the huge overhead power lines.

Good weather

This course has great elevation changes and view.

The course is somewhat challenging with a lot of forced carries off the tee. Bring a camera for some pictures, on the back 9 there is some elevated tee's with some great views. The course is in good condition and the greens held good approach shots. Generous Fairways but you can get some side hill lies.

Fun and Challenging

Take a extra sleeve of balls. Lots elevation changes on this course and lots of ravine hazards. There is also some risk reward holes, #7 par 5, cut the corner over the to get a short 2nd shot approach to the green. The also has some nice views from the elevated tee boxes.

Requires good course management

Hazards- bring a extra sleeve of balls, there is a ravine that runs thru this course and demands good course management and skills. It may not be a good course for a beginner. The course has steep hills so lots of side hill lies.

The course has a moderate number of Bunkers and Water hazards

The Greens and T are in good shape. Southern Cal is hurting for rain, which is what these fairways are needing. I was a single and got put on with 3 fun guys. The ambassador / Marshall was also good. Overall a good round. Hole 5 a par 5 is challenging, fairway bunkers off the T and water down both sides of fairway on approach. Water guards the elevated green front right.

Great views and a lot of elevation change.

The course is well maintained and had recently been over seeded with Rye grass. I spite of carts on cart path only the pace of play was fast. The greens in good condition after being over seeded a couple weeks ago. I noticed improvements to the course since last year. The elevation changes make it challenging and fun course to play.

The best traditional links course in the area.

This course is one of the best British links style courses in the area. It was sad to see the course in such poorly maintained condition. The fairways clearly need some work, every fairway has lots of big bare spots with no grass. The greens have been over seeded and bumpy. I have played this course a few years ago when it was in good condition and it was great. The Scottish burns give the course added challenge. Takes some club selection planning, not just grip and rip every hole. I hope the owners get this course back in good condition.

Good course. Some holes play long.

The course was in good condition, the greens run good & in good condition. The course has no fairway bunkers or not much for water hazards. It plays long from the Blue T's, good course for the grip & rip long bomber. Great value thru golfnow.

Great course for public Golf.

The course has 5 par Fives, 3 on the front holes 17 & 18 are par 5's, good opportunities for birdies. The course has some nice elevated T boxes, always fun off those T's. It has. Some good green side bunkers, but not a lot of fairway bunkers or water hazards. Good public golf course.
