Greens exhibit wear and tear, ball damage prevalent. Sand traps have grass growing in some, sand very thin in others. Fairways reasonable. Not worth the fee charged.

Mix up on t times was resolved by staff. Course recently over seeded so cart paths only. No public notice of this. This plus heavy use made pace of play very slow. Played 15 holes in 4.5 hrs and had to quit due to darkness. Course is nicely laid out and fun to play.
