Pretty decent rate at $24 but I guess July in FL warrants the cheaper rates. Staff never seems hospitable...not rude just not warm and inviting. Overall the course conditions are good but the greens at many courses at the Villages are slow. Slow as in 8 on the stimp meter at best. They roll ok and seem to be healthy but geez I feel l need to putt with a driver sometimes. Bermuda greens in FL should equal fast well at least 10 on the stimp. Palmer and Glenview seem to have a bit better speed on the greens. Anyway, Mallory is enjoyable for novice golfers. Single digit handicappers would likely be disappointed.

I've played most Atlanta muni's. This is the best value for my area. Fairways are awesome and the green are very good. Swap carts at the turn and you'll have a good time. I think those guys need to add water to their batteries.
