Greens are very good to excellent but the fairways are dry as a bone with minimal grass coverage.

Pro shop sends out 2somes after 4somes rather than pairing groups up so the pace of play is erratic.
I have played here a dozen times over the past 5 years and I've never seen a marshal on the course!

greens were in excellent condition, held approach shots well and the speed was consistent. Easy to putt from off the green too, not much rough. Fairways could use some watering.

2 of us teed off at noon on a weekday and finished in less than 4 hours. Greens were in very good shape though they were slower than nearby courses like Houston National and Cypress Lakes. Bunkers close to the greens were very wet on several holes despite no rain in a week. Somebody needs to adjust the sprinklers.

greens are really fast, difficult on a windy day. not much grass on the fairways which makes for very tight lies. I hit better iron shots out of the rough than off the fairway.
