Considering the greens being recently punched, the course was in condition. Pace of play was good in the AM. I appreciate this course and it’s variety of holes.

Fun short course. Good for all levels, especially beginners.. The greens were in good shape. Will play again with my daughters.

Golfed here back in July and was pleasantly surprised of the conditions of the course considering it being in the middle of summer.
This time I went out I was even more encouraged of the conditions after over seeding. The greens were a little slow (6-7); however, they rolled true. Fairways were in good condition, but I would say it plays pretty long as you don’t get as much roll compared to the summer. Overall this course is a gem for PHX.

Very relaxing fun course. The greens and fairways were in very good condition for August. I was surprised. This is a very easy straight forward course.

This was my second time playing. First time I played was in late August for my birthday and I happened to play for $39. This last time I played we got a GN deal for $55 and the rate for everyone else was $109. So we were happy already.
Staff is excellent, pace of play was on point and the overall setup is for golfers. The course layout is well done, but very challenging. We played on the last day before they overseeded and the course was still in very good shape considering their plan. You could tell on the greens that ball marks were no longer consistently being repaired. Nonetheless the balls rolled true and the greens were fast. The staff really goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience at this course. Both times when I played they were consistent on this point. The August experience was a little better as it was my first time and the conditions of the course were a little better. I would go again if possible. Definitely a top course in the Phoenix area.

Played early in the morning, so the pace of play was naturally very good. But it was cart path only which actually slowed things way down. I wish I just walked since it was not hot. They are trying to prepare the course for the season. Having said that the rough was really difficult. We hit a few balls in the rough and could not find them. That was annoying. The fairways were thick for fairways as well, so not that much roll. The greens were too slow on most holes. Especially when comparing to the practice greens. If they cut the lawn this course would be much better. Maybe 1 or 2 weeks it will be good. Can’t rate high now.
