Really nice course with lots of variations. You will hit every club in your bag if you play the #2 tees. From 4-iron to sand wedge on the par 3's. The par 5's are reachable if you hit it 250-270 off the tee. This is the only course I've played in PCB, but it was a great experience. Here are some general thoughts:

Pros - aside from a couple of barren spots on two greens, the putting surfaces were perfect. The ball didn't hop or bounce when putted. Greens were firm, but you could spin the ball. Greens were fast but not unreasonable.
Tee boxes were in great shape.
Fairways were in great shape.
Pace of play was 4 hours. very enjoyable to play a round this quickly.
Unlimited balls on range a great plus.
Water coolers were plentiful, about every 4th hole.
The view on 4th and 5th holes of the bay were beautiful.

Cons - directions from #3 green to #4 tee were sketchy.
Bunkers were average. Most hadn't been raked and were very firm.

Nice course with a good layout. Front 9 is fairly flat and the back 9 has a lot of elevation changes. You don't need to hit the driver much on the course. Here are some thoughts on the course:
Pros:
Every hole was different. Course is laid out nicely.
Bunkers were well maintained
Course guide was very helpful since this was my first time playing this course.
Club house/restaurant staff
Cons:
Greens had spots that were burned up as well as the fringe.
Fairways had bare spots as well as some tee boxes.
Rough was mainly crab grass.
Overall:
I drove 1:15 to play this course and I'm glad I did. It has great potential as the layout is beautiful and well thought out. You have to hit shots left to right as well as right to left. If the greens and fairways were a little bit better, then I would have give it a 4 star rating. The staff in the club house/restaurant were cordial.

If it were not for the Golf Now - Hot Deal of $16.00, this experience would have been a total rip off. The fairways probably haven't been cut in over a week and the rough hasn't been cut in 3-4 week. The course is a terrific layout, but when you can't find your ball in the fairway, it's time to go to another course.

I've played this course 40 times over the past 20 years, but none in the last two. The harsh winter really took its toll on the fairways. Several bare spots on each fairway, although it wasn't difficult finding grass to move your ball to. The rough was in excellent shape. The greens were fabulous. They were smooth, fast and rolled true. The pro shop staff is always first rate. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but the food has always been good in the past. If I had paid the "regular" greens fee price, I would have been disappointed with the fairways. But, because of the Golf Now price, I didn't mind rolling my ball and saving $.
