The condition of the course continues to go down. Greens are so so, traps are not good. Pace of play was ok but again it seems like Morgan Creek and other courses in the area are more concerned ab out the $$$ and not the conditions.

Alright I understand that employees need to support the place they work but lets be real. Bothe of these courses are going down hill. I would think that a company like Billy Caster Manager would have more pride is the product they are tied to. There are way to many weeds everywhere on the courses, the over watering or poor drainage makes the course unplayable in places, tee boxes need work and the bunkers should be grassed in because it is apparent that no one takes care of them. I would bet none of them have been raked or cleaned in a couple of months. They have been bad for a few years now. One of the club pros said they know they are bad and we are working on them, we have 8 done. ?????? 8 out of more then 100? Are you kidding me. Lets be honest, most courses now days are having issues but these should not be not with where they are at and who is managing them.

Morgan used to be one of the best courses in the area. Now it has to be one of the three worse. Greens are average, tee boxes full of weeds, fairways hardpan dirt mostly, way to must water on the other parts. Not sure how anyone can say this is a good course, unless they are being paid. I play a lot of golf and spent 7 years in the golf industry so I look at the whole course and the owner should be ashamed about what he has let this course become. Rumor has it he has already moved out of state and has the course for sale, good luck getting what you think its worth and nice to see you go. Rumor also has it that they may close and build homes.

Have played here a lot, use to be a good value and use to be in good shape, not any more. Sand traps (ha ha) were never great but now they are a joke, tees less then average, way to much water in some areas and loads of bare spots in others. It doesn't appear that anyone cares any more other then to just take in the money and do nothing else. My under standing is the course is back for sale or headed to BK. If you done have the money or the interest in maintaining a course the way it should be then get out of the business. The staff, for the most part are pleasant, the food is good. Its just to bad the owners don't care.

I have been playing HIddenbrook since the beginning and the fall from grace is amazing. From hosting the LPGA to The Golf Channel AM Tour in 2009, which I ran the course use to be stunning. I can tell you now after our round on Saturday it has fallen off the scale as a good course. Maybe I am a little harder then most having been a course superintendent but it is not in good shape. The tee boxes are uneven and beat up. The sand (dirt) traps should be closed and deemed unplayable. It didn't appear that there had been much mowing done as far as the rough either. Overall the price of admission is not worth the drive or time at this point. Sorry to say and sorry to see.

Everything about this course is good. Its a nice drive and a good outing for the day. The only knock on this day were the greens were rough. It is worth the drive and the money. Go go go

Have played this course a lot and it is always in good shape. Worth the $$ and time. Place of play a little slow but then again my group plays faster then most.

Have played this course for years and has been going down hill every year. Place of play slow, greens ok, traps bad, very little course management. Staff give impression that they don't care. Management company should be replaced.

Its under new management and they have a long way to go. Nice clubhouse and pro shop but it all falls apart from there. Course conditions are very bad. Start with average greens, Horrible sand traps and bad fair ways. I know the previous owns ran it into the ground but the new owners should of closed it to do the repairs or charged very little to play.
