Fast greens. Good fairways. Not so good if you miss the fairway. Very dry and hard. 5 hr Saturday round.

Nice playing, some longer holes. Water in play, on some holes.

Good Layout. Greens a little slow yet

Super Slow Pace of Play. 2:45 minutes to play the first 9. We replayed the same 9 again or would not have finished in daylight. Greens played fast. Fairways not very green. Mixed on if I’ll play here again. Get a good green fee or you’ll be disappointed. Restaurant was a good surprise after.

Course is in very much need of repairs in many ways. Greens were very slow, had no grass in many spots, brown spots - cracks around outside edges. Many fairways had no grass, mixture of hard dead spots, dirt and small rocks. really run down from a few years ago when I last played here. Cut a few par 5's into a par 3&4 due to house construction and loss of two holes. I would doubt this course will be around in future if no changes in maintenance.

Course was in good shape. Greens rolled well. Hard to read the slight breaking putts. Sprinklers came on while playing a par 3. Hole and us soaked. Slow play more than usual. Waited on every hole. Thought getting out early would be with faster players. 5:22 tee time and still took over 4 1/2 hours to get in 18.

1st 9 played in about 1 hr 45 min. Then a single joined the group of four ahead of us and the back 9 played in 2 hr 40 min. Waited on every tee 10+ min.

Most fairways in good shape, but many greens had dead patches here and there.

Very nice day to play 18. Walked in less than 4 hours. Pin placements were very tucked, and made the course harder than it would be on any other day.
