Played this course for several years. Overall it was in good shape except for 13 and 18th green. Greens keeper needed that understands proper maintenance and upkeep. Two much sand is chocking grass. Proper aeration, fertilization, watering mowing and rolling could bring back the greens. Sodding the greens where grass has been choked out is not a practice normally followed?

The course is in great shape. Some turf replacement in the fairways from weather but does not affect play. Greens rolling at a good pace and smooth. Lots of additional mowing in taller rough and adjacent areas. Corse looks great!

This course is nice layout and in excellent condition. The green speed is not fast but is very consistent and greens are in great shape. Some tall grass that needs mowed, most should be out of play but would help the coarse appearance that is otherwise great!

This course has a really great layout lots of sand traps and forced carries. Very scenic with some really neat wooden bridges lots of hills making for great change in liies. Making hitting the generous fairways a premium. Greens are not in the best condition lots of unfixed divots and dead spots and they were slow. Aeration and some rolling could really help them. It appears that lack of play and slow development in the area may be their biggest problems.

Lots of sand! Great layout, water does not come into play. Greens could use some TLC.

This is a slow track golf course with a lot of new or beginning golfers and the conditions are not in very good shape compared to the other Palm Air Courses. Although the prices are a little less they are a much better value.

The ninth and eighteenth holes are very difficult. The 9th is a short layup to a green surrounded by water and the 18th a par 5 with a severe dogleg right than back left . It was very difficult to determine where the fairway was and where to hit to make a forced carry over water on tee shot and second shot, especially with the poor condition of the fairways.

The course has generous zoysia fairways and fescue rough before getting to the native grass. The cart paths are fare enough away that you don't get scuffed golf balls. The greens are moderate speed but roll very good, haven't been radiated yet so they have some ball marks showing. Over all course is in very good shape!

Not a bad lay out with goood distance, it has numerous bunkers that do come into play and lots of water. Fairways were in good condition. Greens were recently top dressed and grass were thin.
