A fun course for a quick executive nine or b ginger experience. The greens were in surprisingly good shape. The pace of play as “meh” because of all the beginners. Hard to lose a ball here. Has a nice informal vibe.

I played this course today and really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful and quite friendly. The course design is excellent. You need to think strategically and not just grip it and rip it. The ocean is close to many holes (but the course is not right on the water). It is scenic with a very relaxed vibe that fits perfectly with the Sonoma coast. Although the fairways were just okay in some areas, the greens were excellent. I had a great golf day and recommend it.

I enjoyed my round today. The facility has seen better days - it is as far from a country club feel as you can get. However, the course design is interesting and challenging. The conditions were generally very good - traps need more sand and the greens are slow with some disease on a few greens. Overall it feels like a good muni experience and value.

I played yesterday. It is a fun course. Very forgiving off the tee on many holes. For the Palm Springs area it is a very good value. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

Enjoyed my round. Nice greens and not that difficult if you can hit straight tee shots. Also was a good value. My main complaint is that the marshals seem to just want to zip around in their golf carts. With 3 groups on the par three 12th, we told the marshal that the group in front of the group on the green was really slow - talking at length to each other after each shot -there was a completely open hole in front of them as the course backed up behind them. He wasn't interested - said the pace was fine and moved on. Really? We barely made it in before sun down.

If you are in the area, play this course. Great design, good conditions and very friendly staff. Warning: this is a tough course. Several holes have approach shots where if you are a little off line you're looking at a double for sure. But if the weather is okay you'll enjoy a great day of golf.

I've played here many times. If you've never played it, you should. The views are fantastic and some of the holes are extremely well designed. The only problem with it is pace of play. It is "hit or miss" whether you get experienced players in front of you or once a year golfers staying at the high end resort next door. And THAT wouldn't be a problem if they had marshalls. THey don't. You will almost never see one and if you complain about a group holding up 3 other groups #with 4 holes open in front of them# the staff is STILL reluctant to do anything. I've seen this multiple times so it's an unfortunate pattern. GREAT FOOD and views at the restaurant.
