Course is in decent conditions. Greens are quick, smooth and they hold short and mid iron shots. Fairways are a little sparse, bu playable.

Greens were slow, but in good shape. Not a soul on tee, but had to wait 30 minutes until my tee time. So much for showing up 30 minutes before time.

Course in pretty good shape for Florida in early spring. Bermuda has not come back yet. Lies in fairways were tight.

Course conditions typical for Florida in winter. Grass sparse on fairways and tees spotty. Greens were great once you got accustomed to speed. they were fast, extremely so down hill. Will definitely go back.

Greens fast and smooth. Almost too fast for slope of greens. Fairways had grass, but were cut tight . Bunkers could use work. Maybe one half to 1 inch loose sand, then hard sand. Definitely a course worht playing.

Group ahead of was slow. They had to be at least 3-4 holes behind. Luckily we got through on second nine. It was backed up behind us.

Course in fantastic condition. Overseed has come in realy well. Greens are receptive to good shots an putting fast and smooth. Only 2 minor issues. Course is soft, so there is not much roll. Some sandy spots on aprons, but I think this is from trying to cut out an invasive weed present on aprons. Definitely worth playing.

Not much to say. Always in good shape. It is worth the price, especially if you get a hot deal. Only down side is lack of roll due to softer fairways.

Course was in much better condition than a few years ago. Greens were good, but a little slow. Fairway were in pretty decent shape. My only complaint was no rakes for sand. Will definitely play again.

The course was in good condition. Greens putted exceptionally good. Fairways were tight, but you got a good roll on tee shots. Overall, the course was in good condition. At 5 hours the pace of play was slow. We waited on most shots.

Course conditions were terrible. On the back nine, the greens were mostly sand. Only redeeming asset was that I only had to spend 3 hours playing it.

Greens were fantastic. They putted very fast and true. Fairways were typical for Florida in winter. No overseeding. Only drawback was that it took 5 hours to play.

The course layout was good, with a mix of challenging, moderate and easy holes. The first six greens were slow and the grass was long. The rest of the greens consisted mainly of just dirt with patchy grass. I would recommend not playing this course at this time. Fairways were typical winter fairways that had not been overseeded.
