Immaculate course, one of the best course layouts and conditions near the Orange County area. Some bunkers can use some real sand or softening up. Other wise well worth the money. Target course. The carts are amazing, blue tooth speaker, GPS, leather like seats, good power. A must play

Excellent conditions for the course, greens roll true. Pace of play was good even with paired with two walkers. Can’t wait to play again.

The course felt like an abandon construction site. A lot of fairways areas were just dirt patches that needed grass and care. Pace of play was fair. Greens fair. My worry was not to damage any of my clubs from hitting off the hard surfaces. I won’t be returning unless it’s free, but that’s even pushing it too.

Front nine under construction on a lot of holes with equipment on the fairway or the the side. Some hole have mud more than grass on fairways. Greens are in need of work. Sand pits are hard and rocky, nothing sand about it. “C-“ course.

There was a lot of greens on the course that need a lot of attention. Patches of what looked like what is under the greens, exposed dirt. Over all the course is good but over priced for the conditions of greens.
