Signage in neighborhoods could be a bit better. Got lost on the way to the 15th I think.
Cart path only expected a long with long grass in the fairways. But the grass in the rough way to long causing slow play as people search for balls.
Tubac Golf Resort - Rancho/Otero

After watching tin cup just had to play this course.
And while it didn’t have the exact 18th hole they did have a par 5 with water covering the approach, unfortunately I had to lay up :(.
Will I’ll be back again for sure.

If you’re always in the fairways or in the greens you’re good to go. But if you are in the ruff or just miss the green there is a very good chance you will not find your ball.
They aren’t keeping up with the rain.

Plays a little short at 6000 but the course was in fantastic shape. Pace of play was fantastic.

Cart path only from all the recent rains, and just a bit of standing water.

I have played here twice and I figured the first time that course conditions were bad due to excessive heat. This latest round however was played in the cooler season following recent rains and I was expecting much better conditions.
The problem is without grass seeds the rain will not due much good. They have many bare earth patches all over the course and areas that are covered by weeds pretending to be grass. While the greens were in good shape the fairways were littered with leaves and many old divots.
Part of the beauty of golfing is the landscaping of the out of bounds areas and rough. They simply have flat areas of dirt and mud. It's really looks like they just ran out of money when it came time to landscape the course.
Also while on my round I had to wait at least 4 or 5 times for dog walkers to get off the course out of harms way.
Lastly the sprinkler system must be in disrepair as well as I saw at least 3 portable sprinklers out on the course with long hoses. Maybe this common but I have never seen this before as a means of watering a fairway.
They have a restroom out in the course with glass windows that someone had to have vandalized since they could not have been hit by an errant shot. In short this place has a lot of signs that no one cares about this course.
Unless I hear of major changes at this course I won't be back ever.
Toka Sticks Golf Club

I haven't played here in a long time, and I see lots of improvements have been going on out on the course. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens all in excellent shape. Lots of new palm trees have been planted.
Food service is just ok, nothing special. Very limited grill menu.
Driving range was severly restricted, but still ok.

We will look into improving our signage to better guide our customers. Additionally, we apologize for the conditions of the cart path and rough, and we will work on maintaining them to ensure a better experience for our golfers.
