The Legacy Golf Club

Course is fun to play with a nice combination of birdie holes and challenging holes as well. Nice practice facilities and the staff was great.
Little Mountain Country Club

This is my favorite course in the Cleveland area. The greens are still recovering from a recent aeration, but the course conditions otherwise were good and the round was a great value!
Red Hawk Golf Club
Played On 05/20/2020Desert course with beautiful views.
This was the first time I had played Red Hawk in several months, and I have to say it was probably in the best shape I'd ever seen it after the Covid shutdown. The fairways were lush, and the greens were smooth and fast.
Fox Creek Golf & Racquet Club
Played On 9/11/2013Nice variety of holes.
Fun, hilly course with a nice blend of tough and easy holes, fun par 5s, and several dog legs moving both ways. Also has a strong group of par 3s. Greens were quick but not lightning fast.
Shale Creek Golf Club
Played On 8/11/2013Modern course with wide fairways and challenging greens.
Shale Creek is one of my favorite courses in the area. It has a great mix of challenging holes and birdie holes, plus it allows you to step up and rip the driver on almost every hole. It also finishes with a very good 18th hole.
Manakiki Golf Course
Played On 7/2/2013Classic, old-style Donald Ross course.
Hadn't played Manakiki in 20 years, and I'm not sure why. It was only the 2nd time I'd ever played it(I live on the other side of town, and have lived out of state for several years in the last 20), and I was so happy to have gone back. A very fun mix of holes, several elevation changes, and some great driving holes. A very fun course to play!
Little Mountain Country Club
Played On 7/2/2013Scenic, modern course with wide fairways and fast greens.
Little Mountain is one of my favorite courses in the greater Cleveland area. The course is always in good shape, and I like the mix of holes: some are very challenging, yet there are plenty of birdie holes to make up for any mistakes you might make on the tougher ones.
Chippewa Golf Club
Played On 6/4/2013Hilly course with fast greens and in great condition!
Chippewa is a fun course because although it is difficult, it is still a very enjoyable course with some very unique and exciting holes.
Big Met Golf Course
Played On 5/20/2013Fun, playable course with a good mix of holes.
Fairways and greens were in very good shape. Rough was deeper than normal.
Dorlon Golf Club

Dorlon was in pretty good shape for this time of year. Fairways were decent with some roll, and greens were running well, but a little slow for what I'm used to there.
Regulation Eighteen at Shawnee Hills Golf Course
Played On 10/1/2012Pretty course in the Fall.
Course was in good shape and the greens were quite fast.
Grey Hawk Golf Club
Played On 8/31/2012Fun course to play with challenging greens.
Always one of my favorites in the Cleveland area, but the Summer drought took its toll on the fairways this year. Still a fun course to play, but it wasn't in the condition I'm accustomed to.
Sawmill Creek Golf & Racquet Club
Played On 8/21/2012Challenging course with fast greens and views of Lake Erie.
Challenging and fun course to play. Course is always in good shape and the wind usually blows here.
Coppertop Golf Club

Fun course to play with rolling hills, some water hazards, and plenty of birdie opportunities.

Course was in good shape and greens were faster than they usually are here.
