South/East at Spanish Wells Country Club

Nice track. Good people at the course. Terrible range with only mats and only a few at the far end you are allowed to hit driver from. Quirky layout. Some very funky U spaced holes on the North 9. Greens were nice. Rolled at a good speed.
Greens were horrible
The greens played and rolled like they hadn’t been cut in days. You had to smash a ten foot putt to get it to the hole. I get that this might be viewed by some as a resort course and you have to slow the greens down, but this was ridiculous. And if you are goin* to have the greens that slow then charge less to play. Based on what they charged I though5 this would be a great course. Everything else was fine but the poor greens ruined my experience. I won’t go back.

Loved this course. It is tucked into a residential area and we thought it would be a tight course. That was hardly the case as the fairways are wide and greens rolled great and were very receptive. Loved the layout as the fairways roll up and down and there even a few doglegs. Pace of play was quite slow. Overall an enjoyable course.

Played early in the morning. Pace was quick. Greens were receptive. Course is forgiving. Nice atmosphere

Nice course to start out vacation. Crowded and slow pace of play. Greens very hard as we stuggled to find and fix ball marks.
