Expensive but nice

This course is always in excellent condition which is propitious to good golf and you will not be disappointed as long as you can afford the ludicrously expensive green fees.

Swamp land surprise

This course meanders like a snake through the Florida swamp marshes and is located within a local residential community..Upon arrival the pro-shop staff were extremely hospitable and made us welcome. The course conditions for the time of year were acceptable and not unexpected given that the fairways had not been over seeded. An average golfer would be quite content playing from the blue boxes but l would recommend that any single hcp player should play from the tips. The greens are relatively small with subtle undulations . At the time of our visit there had been a downpour during the night and they were quite soft and very receptive which l would imagine is contrary to their normal state. Some of the holes have adjoining properties running parallel to the fairways but they do not infringe on the course at all.A little local knowledge is required on various holes where some of the marshes come into play. All in all a very pleasant experience and yes l would go back and play it again but perhaps at a different time of the year.

a must play again course

I found the course in excellent condition despite the fact that it had been heavily watered. The greens are fast and need a serious overview before putting otherwise a 3 putt is on the cards. The course meanders its way through the oak forrest(Hence the name) and the few houses that do line some of the fairways are far enough away not to impose..all in all a good golfing experience.Unlike some of the courses in the area the condition of the rough allows a golf shot to be played which adds to the overall enjoyment of the game
