It is what it is

This course is a good beginner or weekend hacker course. Its layout is simple, straight forward and forgiving. There are not a lot if holes with woods or water in play, so you can let loose and rest assured that you'll probably find your slice/hook. It isn't all flat like other area courses in the same price range/style. Ad the holes are spread out enough that it doesn't feel like a shooting gallery. But make no mistake: it isn't a high or even medium end course. The difference between the rough and fairway is negligible and the greens are spotty. That said, I'll probably return because it a good value (at the Golfnow pricing).

Good value

Played 18 with a cart for $28, which is a good rate for the area. The course is in descent condition. The green on #13 desperately needs to be raised. It's a great par 3 protected by water all along the front, but the green is just about at water level and is very water logged. The wood bridges that run between most holes also need to be replaced. They are terribly warped and look on the berg of collapse. The rest of the course is in good condition. It's a challenging course with a good layout.
