A great day to play golf. We were first off and no one ever pressed us all morning. The green are hard and fast . Hit short of pins to be successful.

The course lay is nice. The wind hamper a good round. Long par 3's. The greens were choppy as they appeared to be recently sanded. Sand traps very firm.

The course shows its wear and misuse. The greens are in average condition while the fairways and rough are thin. The pace was a little slow as some players were as usual using tee boxes that were over their heads.

Both course just need a lot of TLC and work. They're older courses with decent layouts but the conditions were less than I expected. I played the Oaks which is less of a value than the Cypress.

Greens were fast for the wet conditions. Were the only players on teh course and the pace was great.

I've played the course twice and I must say these folks are the friendliness group related to golf that I've encountered anywhere in the state of Michigan and Florida,, and I play all over the state of Michigan.

First time I played this course and was very happy with all aspects of the course, staff and fellow golfers.
Everyone was friendly and pleasant, not seen at all places.

This course gives you a little of everything. The greens were soft (Spring) and a little slow again Spring.

The course was in good shape. The greens were a little slow. The pace of play was horrible for this course layout, 5 hours. Won't go back this time of year!

Scheduled a 1pm tee time and drove an 2 hours to play the course for the first time. Got there and the course schedule a shot gun start scramble in the middle of the course! anyone who has ever played in a scramble knows the pace of play is horrible at best. five hours later and holes to play we had to quit.
Tee boxes were soaked in water, many unusable.

It was just a perfect day at the National. The course is a great condition and the weather was perfect. A slower group let a play thru, which is unusual from my experience.The starter was amazing.

Greens were being treated and sanded which made putting difficult. The course has slipped a little since last year. Perhaps it was the hurricane.

Greens were good and at a moderate speed. The course was soft from recent rains so you had to play to the yardage.

Not the first time playing here, however I was surprised that my tee time was a shot gun start.
Greens are true and the course is in good condition.

It was a good day at the Spruce course. Conditions were soft and the weather was a perfect fall day.

Played the course for the first time and it was a nice casual round. The course played soft.

I had a pleasant round of golf at the Katie. Met up with a gentleman from Philadelphia and a had a good round. Weather was great as well as the course conditions.
