Bobby Jones Golf Club - Championship Course

First time playing the renovated course.
Unfortunately, our 11:12am tee time was delayed.
Then, our group literally waited 5-10 minutes + on "every" shot on front 9.
More on the par 3 tee boxes.
2 1/2 hours+. Not Fun!
The back 9 finally moved along after hole 12.
Course is nice.
Fairways are Great!
Greens are good.
A lot of up and back holes typical of a Donald Ross course.
Looking forward to teeing it up again and playing 18 holes in 4 hours.
10 & 19 at University Park Country Club

Cart Attendant got us out to Driving Range quickly!
Starter was able to accommodate us with early start.
Caught up with 4-some on #8.
No problem tho...
Said 4-some let us go through on 10 tee.
Clear sailing on back nine!
Course is in Excellent shape.
Greens are impeccable.
Go now!

Course in Great Condition.
Greens had been punched couple weeks ago.
But, rolled pretty well...

Booked as single on Golf Now, $35.00.
Weather report called for rain midday.
Multiple open tee times prior to 1pm, but Pro Shop would not let me go off early because of the GN rate, rules and guidelines. Hmmm... ??
Anyway, course is a Gem!
Albeit greens had been punched 7-10 days prior.
All greens were bumpy, punched holes filled with sand and topped with sand.
Understand the course maintenance...

My 4-some has played Rosedale multiple times.
As a Private/Semi Private Club, we enjoy playing the course.
Most of the time it's in good shape and you can play a round in 4 hours.
The greens are nice.
However, we are always perplexed as to why the greens roll so slow.
Even a down hill putt with the grain is slow.

Few holes tee boxes are 100 yards in front of white/blues
Greens are poor
Tee boxes are for most part in poor condition
Fairways average
Like the layout
But, a lot of work to be done!
IMG Academy Golf Club

I've heard good feedback from golfers who had played IMG.
I was a bit taken back that the course conditions were not better.
Greens were excellent!
However, tee boxes were shaky with some brown spots.
Many fairways need work.
Also, penalty areas were overgrown and needed attention.
I like the layout and will give course another try!
