Above average
Fairways in great shape. A couple of greens have some bare spots. Not a good course for beginners as anything off the fairway or the small amount of rough carries substantial penalty. No tall grass to speak so any errant shots are exaggerated.

Slow play
Tees off 30 mins late. We were the last group to play hole 18 and we had a 1:23 tee time. Played with a course regular and he said this was the norm for Western Skies.
