At least two groups ahead of us quit because of slow play and it still took about 5:10 to play 18 holes. I went inside after to talk to someone about my experience and was met with condescension and sarcasm. No empathy, no listening, no patience. All he wanted to do was lecture me about how hard a day it was for him.
I gave up and as I turned to leave, he gave me a very sarcastic "have a nice day". I turned and asked him if that was really how he wanted to leave this and his act totally changed. I will not go back for a couple years minimum to allow the greens to grow in more completely.
I may never go back based on how I was treated.

Fairways are horrendous. The greens were crusty and hard to read. I would not play this again until the bent grass fairways grow in.
Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. First and foremost we would like to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you and your playing partners. Quintero prides itself in not only great conditions but a great experience. We are discouraged to hear of your negative experience. Above all else, providing an excellent experience is our main goal and it is unfortunate that yours was not up to standard.
As you may or may not know many of the premier courses in the Valley accelerate the transition from Rye grass to Bermuda grass by spraying the course with a chemical that can produce a browning condition on the rye grass. This application is key to assuring the growth of the Bermuda grass and the ultimate condition for the fall overseed.

I apologize for our pace problem that day as my staff and I did everything we could to rectify the situation. There was at least one group of members that did come off the course. I am more frustrated with how you were treated when entering the golf shop. I just sent you a long email regarding your experience you had here on Saturday.
