Not overly long but long enough. Creative greens being on the small side with a lot of undulations, and fast enough to keep your attention. Traps well manicured and consistent.
Enough variation to keep one interested.
Green Valley Country Club

The course has a good layout and the greens were quick. Sand traps raked but fairways are sketchy.
However for the price it is golf and fulfils my needs.
The Valley at Eastport Golf Club

I loved the course. Fairly tight and but not long. Lots of water with quick greens with lots of breaks.
We liked it all but it was slow, slow, slow! No marshals to keep those slow players moving. Too bad such a great course was overshadowed by slow play.
Will try again.
The Club at Eaglebrooke

The course is good value for the price. Not a screaming deal but a deal all same. Greens are firm and receptive. Greens are not really fast but neither are the slow. Faiways generous and in good condition.
The downsides of thewhole experience was the play slowed down from 15 on. Also the traps are poor! They are hard and not well groomed.
If this course wants top billing work on both the ares above.

Highlands Reserve Golf Club

Course is a nice length and very forgiving. Ladies tees are well placed allowing genders an even test. My wife loved it.
Greens were not very fast but it looked as though they were being top dressed and maintained.
Pace of play seems very important here and our round was around the 4 hour mark. Staff were very friendly.
I will play again.
