Course was in really good condition! If you get off the fairways they had a few areas with dirt but most areas were good. 2 or 3 bunkers could use some sand but overall good. Greens best part they were receptive and rolled true. Overall a good course for all handicaps as they have a back tee to test the long hitters. $35 on weekend fare priced wished it was closer to graham id play it often

Have played the course 50+ times because the layout is fantastic! Unfortunately the greens are weed infested and poorly manicured. The sandtraps have clay/sand mixture with large rocks and gravel. Never seen such poor condition in a course that cost $45 to 65 for a round of golf. I've seen the course in great shape before the new management has run things down. The 2 guys in clubhouse treat you like ants and seem to be more concerned about tee times than the actual golfcourse. Hopefully they spend some time and some money to improve conditions because most courses in the area are thriving with great conditions and nice greens

Really enjoyed the layout and course was set up nicely throughout the river with some fun holes. Unfortunately the bunkers were more like craters with large rocks that damage your clubs when not removed. The greens were in descent condition considering time of year but need some tlc in areas. This course could be a gem with some small investments from management! Sand in bunkers would be a major improvement for course and golfers hitting from them like us hackers do. Hopefully its still available on my next trip to town and improvements are seen

This is definitely a placement course and long hitters want eat this course up with distance. A few holes need some trimming along edges to allow proper views of fairways/greens. I found 3 shots on tee that were punished from overhanging limbs within 20 yards of tee boxes. The fairways and greens were in great shape though! Rolled true and never had a bad lie in fairways. We did follow 2-4 comes but pace remained steady all round and wasn't an issue. I will play again if in the area and recommend to others coming to the area.

The course was not very busy when I arrived so hit a few range balls then 1st tee with no problems. I was truly surprised how some greens were so nice but other so bad! Large pits that were unlevel and caused the ball to jump or go off line. I actually made a few that would have never gone in with consistant greens. The layout was fair but really doesn't give much of the Bay views as I expected. Some clearing of trees along banks would really give the curve appeal for views and scenery. This is a good course for beginners or someone working on the swing but wouldn't recommend to the long hitters or scratch golfers!

Greens were in good shape and rolled true. Fairways are plush in some areas but they really get bare on the edges! Your either in fairway or dirt. No rough to save you from these type of areas. The layout has great potential and could really be a gem of course conditions were better. I will play this course again but gonna wait till it has time for changes. Avoid bunkers you will destroy your wedge with small rocks!

I had a few friends that played the course a few years back and highly recommended it! Unfortunately the greens are under repair and have cracks up to 10 feet and an inch wide that I've never seen on any grass, much less a highly recommends golf course. There are many great course in triad/triangle area that put this one to shame so save your gas!
