The Highlands Golf Course
Played On 08/03/2019Unplayable conditions
The course should have not been open. There was so much water on the course from heavy rains for days that you walked in water up to your ankles! Of course, cart path only. But you walked in streams and could barely hit or find the ball! I lost two balls underwater in the fairway! Not to mention, the greens were rotted out on most of the greens. We were the only people we saw on the course that day.!
Old Corkscrew Golf Club
Played On 02/09/2014No ranger to keep up pace.
The course is in OK shape. The greens are a little chewed up. However, the starter allowed a single to go on a Sunday at noon ! Plus, this guy hit 3 balls and putted 4-5 balls on every hole. No ranger to be seen all day. At the turn no one cared and it continued through the back nine. No one should have a frustrating round for $170.00!!!!! Way too much for this kind of treatment. We'll go elsewhere for sure.
South/East at Spanish Wells Country Club
Played On 11/16/2012Ankle deep in water!
I have played at this course at least 3 times in 2 years. Its always wet! There's standing water all over the course! It hasn't rained in weeks here yet the water table is so high that its always cart paths only! Your ball has to be cleaned from mud and many times it plugs on the greens. There's always "wet" signs all over the course. This place needs some serious drainage issues addressed
