4.5 hour round on a Thursday morning. At least I had a couple of really nice playing partners to help the day go by. Greens were slow but rolled true. Course in good condition. Still playing from temp tee boxes, so it played short.

Good pace. Greens a little slow. Tee boxes moved way up since they are being reseeded. Overall condition is very nice. Definitely worth playing.

NOT Play fast. Stuck behind slow 4some @730. When I booked it specifically said play fast, you are expected to play in 3 hours 45 minutes. Would have played over 4.5 hour round if I stayed.
Course is in very good condition. Some greens were sanded and rolled slow but true.

Had to play the back twice. Punching the front and the range. Back side of range is open though. Tees, fairways and bunkers were in good shape. Greens were slow and still need to recover a little. Staff is always nice.

Just about everything was in excellent condition. The greens were still recovering and did not look too good but still rolled well. Staff is always very nice.

From tee to green course is in very good shape. Greens were average speed but rolled nice. Pace on Friday afternoon was 4 hours. Bar and clubhouse was closed before 3, when we finished our round. On a Friday. Weird.

Starter outside was very nice, brought cart out to my car as I parked and picked it up after the round, in the pouring rain. From tee to green, the course is in great shape. Greens rolled true and were average speed. Course has drained well. Played in under 3 hours.

Cart path only. Course is water logged. Greens are very slow. Not worth $45 but I wanted to play early.

Don't get directions from the map it link on your confirmation email, it will bring you somewhere else.
Staff was friendly, driving range was adequate. Tee boxes were good, greens were good. Greens Rolled true and quick. Fairways and rough blend together. Winter conditions. Wide open. So swing away. Lots of waste bunkers and very little water. Nice layout with some elevation. A nice change for central Florida.

Greens ran true and average speed, maybe a little slow.
Play with a local or an overview because the layout can be tricky, but it is fun.
Pick and choose your battles, driver is not always the correct option.

Check in was easy, layout was fun, staff friendly. Tee boxes were in bad shape but you hit the ball off of a tee so who cares. Fairways were good, bunkers were good and the greens were in good condition and rolled true with decent speed. Pace of play was very good, no excessive waiting, everyone moved along. Will play again soon.

Check in was easy. No valet. Range was nice. Love the layout. Tees, fairways and bunkers were in very good condition. Greens weren't perfect but very good and rolled true. 4.5 hour round on Christmas eve.

The range could use a little attention, after that everything was great. Tees, fairways, bunkers and greens were excellent but what makes this course is the layout. Play with a local or have a GPS. Lots of interesting holes. I played Thanksgiving morning so the course was wide open. Nice staff also.

Challenging course. Everything in good condition. Greens rolling smoothly at around 9 or 10. Staff is polite. Pace of play was good and the price is more than reasonable. Always a nice time at Rio Pinar.

Staff was friendly. Range was decent. Course was in excellent shape. Greens rolled nice with decent speed, maybe a 9. Some greens are very small. Course is pretty wide open. Wind will make the course difficult. Bunkers are huge and deep. Some are a little washed out. Undulating fairways, so different lies. Played as a single and took my time, still finished in 2.5 hours with a 1 pm tee time.

First class resort. Free valet. Excellent practice area, greens and range. Course in excellent condition from tee to greens. Staff is very friendly. Pace of play was 3 hours for a twosome on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely worth the drive. Get a good deal on the price, range is included, and go play.
