Had one of the first tees times on Sunday, a lot of dew still on the course, but didn't hinder play. Greens were a bit slow at first, then better as the greens dried. Had to rake some footprints that were left behind in a couple of bunkers, and repaired a bunch of pitch marks on the greens. If you're going to play the game, be courteous of others, do your part, and leave the course in better condition.

I have been wanting to play this course for a while, and finally had the opportunity. You need to be on your game on this course. Fairways are a bit tight, but on some, you can miss a little, and still be fine. The greens are smooth, and putts hold their line very well. Speeds are tricky on the greens, a deft touch at times, is what is needed.

I have played here numerous times, and never get tired of playing this course. If you truly want to play a links style course, the Orchard Hills is the one to play. The only drawback that I saw was, some of the greens had some issues, but not to the degree that they couldn't be putted. Always a great challenge no matter the time of year you play.

I'm not sure why the other golfer gave a bad review to the course, and to the staff. I have played several rounds with a few friends, and have yet to have a bad experience. During my last round, my playing partner and I had to leave, due to an unforeseen circumstance, and the staff, were more than willing to give us a rain check, for the holes we did not play. I like playing the course, and will return to play again.

I booked an early tee time, to get out and play, before the weathered warmed. We played behind two ladies, one of which had to use a range finder on every shot, which maid, the round drag on. They also lacked the etiquette, to ask if we wanted to play through. I play this course very seldom, even though the course is only ten minutes away from where I live. I have encountered the lack of basic courtesy a few times, hence my reticence to play the course more often. There also was a lack of a course marshall on duty, that could have expedited said experience.

I have played this course several times, and always enjoy my round. The course is always in great condition, and is very playable. Only if you hit an errant shot, will you be penalized.

I have played Sugar Creek numerous times, and the value has always been very good. The course has some challenging holes, and some that are relatively easy. Not a far trip from where i live, and that is always a plus as well. Aside from the aeration of the greens, and the sanding, the course played very well.9

I have played Cotton Fields many times, and enjoy the course layout. Greens and tee boxes are close together, so not a lot time is wasted getting to the next hole. There are a couple of exceptions, but not enough to slow down your pace of play. The only caveat I have experienced, is that walking is not really allowed for the most part. As a golfer that likes to walk, that is the reason for me making the previous statement.

Didn't get all 18 in, can only attest to what holes where played. You really have to drive the ball arrow straight, and precision iron shots into the greens. There is not a lot of room if you have the tendency to spray the ball. Also, the greens are very quick, but not the fastest on which I have putted. The greens hold the line very well, and undulations are very apparent. Good value for the money. Will have to play duroing the summer months.

One of the most challenging, and scenic I have play in a long while. You need to play this course if you have the chance.
