We were out early so our pace of play was good, just over 3 hours and played through 1 group. On a windy day it is a tough test. Greens were in very good shape and tricky. I would definitely recommend this course and will return for a stay and play here.

Conditions were very good with quick greens. Fairly wide fairways but on a windy day this place will test your. Pace of play was 4 hours. No housing around and we did get an Apache helicopter "show". Good value if you can get a hot deal.

Lots of H2O on this course and there is a good chance you will rinse a ball or two. Course was in good shape and pace was 4 hours on a Wed afternoon. Personally I was not too crazy about the routing and the parking/pro shop set up is a little awkward. It is walkable (a couple of long walks) and they will allow it. If I had known ahead of time I would have walked. I would not hesitate to recommend playing here.

The course is in wonderful shape with perfect greens and not tricked up at all. I played both courses today and preferred Panther Lake to Crooked Cat.

The course was in good condition and after playing through a foursome on the 6th hole we finished in <3:30. Course is in very good shape, greens of moderate speed. The course is a bit of a resort course and therefore not overly difficult. In my opinion #9 is a very long par 4, not a par 5.

The course was in very good shape. Some may be put off by the dormant colour but the conditions were good and the greens were quick. Golf was a little slow (4:20) and we had an early AM tee time. Course is easy to get to from the strip and though I am not a big fan of Nicklaus design work I would return.

The overseeding has taken in. A few patchy spots in the rough which can make chipping difficult. Greens were in very good shape and decent pace. The round took 4:30 (end of day round) and that was exactly what Gary (excellent starter) said it would. Unfortunately it was 2:30 on the back which makes it feel longer.

This is my 2nd time playing here and will not be the last. The conditions were great. Greens running quick and true. There is lots of sand, subtle elevation changes and interesting holes. The course was not busy (Monday) and we played through a 4some @ the turn and finished in 3 hours. Great value if you are willing to drive a little ways out from Orlando.

My wife prefers the Jones, myself the Hills course. Conditions were great and greens were quicker than the Jones course. The course is tighter than Jones and most holes are isolated from other holes and no homes are on this course. We played in the afternoon (Jones in the AM) and it was not busy. We played thru a 4some on 14 and finished in 3:35. Some players are turned off by #18. It is challenging with little bail out on the approach shot and you must place your tee shot out past/or well left of the tree on the left to have a realistic look at the green.

The course was in great shape though the greens were the slowest we played in FLA this trip (8 rounds). The course is forgiving off the tee and soft so it plays to the yardage for sure. We were paired with a couple of members and had a wonderful day. Waited on many holes but still finished in 4 hours.

Check in was easy but they were not informative (no directions re: where to go, pick your own cart etc.). Starter was very helpful. It wasn't too busy so there was no marshal and as a 4some we played in 3 1/2 hours in the afternoon. The course was in good shape, tee to green and I would return if I am in the area. Great value at the afternoon rate.
Note: #9 is a sharp dogleg left. Driver is too much club.

We had a golf now time (7:12AM) and showed up @7 and were told we were @ 6:54 (perhaps as a 2-some we were moved to fill a time). Anyhow the 2 we were paired with were out in the fairway as we raced to the tee. Off we went and we never caught the 2some and we played in under 3 hours. Tees and greens were in great shape. The greens were fast and true. Fairways are a little spotty/thin in some places. the course looks a little "rough" but I would certainly play it again.The course is very forgiving off the tee. Other than a couple of ponds you shouldn't need more than a sleeve of balls here.

At one time this was a ClubCorp facility. The course was in good shape, greens a little slow (maybe a recent aeration?). I liked the shaping of the holes and the flow was also good.
There was no starter so there was a bit of confusion on the first tee and even though there was no marshal the pace of play was just over 4 hours and we were often waiting for the group in front of us (who were playing the wrong tees for their ability). We had a great rate from golf now and would definitely return for that kind of price.

Note: The dining room does not open until 11:30AM.

The holes were very good. I really enjoyed the hole designs. They are nice elevation changes and rolling hills. The staff was very friendly and the starter was very helpful with a few hints on certain holes. However, the conditions were not on par with the design of the holes. The fairways had a few sparse areas. Greens were in good condition and a little slow. Tees were a little beat up. The rough is sparse in areas with different types of grass or in some cases no grass. The telling sign is the bunkers. They are playing the whole course as waste bunkers, even the greenside bunkers and there are no rakes on the course (that I saw). The starter told us to smooth out a spot and move your ball there! Are they trying to save $? IMHO that may be a bad sign for the future. I hope not because it is a good course. Pace of Play - We teed off @ 8:30 (2some), played through a 4some on 4th hole and caught up to groups on #11 and played in 3:20.
I really liked the holes but I would be reticent to recommend this course with these conditions.

We were picking someone up the airport and looked around for a course to play before they arrived and found this one. Good conditions with greens that were average speed at the most. Very forgiving fairways. Pace of play was a concern on the front as we had 4 groups on a par 5 and 3 on a par 3 but the groups in front of us stopped for refreshments at the turn and the back nine was steady so perhaps the issue is not the course. Location worked out perfectly for us.

I loved the layout. Conditions are coming around after overseeding and need a little more time. Greens are in good shape but very slow. It was a damp day but still fairly busy. Our afternoon round was 4:05 which is within their recommended pace of play. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again.

I had played this course about 7 years ago and decided I would not return. However, after reading some of the recent reviews I decided to give it another try. The course is much better. Conditions were good, greens fast but bunkers do need some work (drainage is an issue). We were an early AM 2some, caught a 4some on 7 and they let us through on 13 and we were still done in 2:45.

I had last played here about 7 years ago and was never going to return but after reading recent reviews I decided to give it another chance. Course is in good condition. Greens in great shape and fast. Tees and fairways good and coming along from overseeding. Bunkers in need of some work as drainage appears to be an issue. Pace of play was 2:45 (as a twosome) and that was after waiting on 7 holes for the 4some ahead of us before they let us play through.

The course is fairly wide open so it is a good track for the first round after a layoff. Conditions were good though greens were slow.

I had played Indigo years ago and was quite put off by the conditions and thought I would never be back. However, I read some of the recent reviews and with a golf now deal I thought I would give it another shot. I'm glad I did. The conditions were good, greens very fast. We played in the AM (2-some) and played through a foursome after being on their tail for 8 holes and played in 2:45.
