Play it if you are in the neighbourhood.

I often play golf in Vegas with friends while visiting and on this occasion I was solo and had read the reviews on GolfNow so decided to give Mountain Falls a try. The course is in good condition and looks like it may be the center piece of a residential development. There were some houses on the back 9 and nothing but lots on the front. It was an enjoyable course, good pacing and conditions. If I was in the Pahrump area I would not hesitate to play this course but I don't think it was worth the drive (though somewhat scenic) from Las Vegas. Based on my US golf experience the course was more SE USA than desert golf.

Great value and location

Course is a private RTJ jr. design that opens up tee times for some public play. Less than 20 min from the strip. Wonderful welcome from the staff and the condtiions were very good, particularly after some frost delays in the previous 10-14 days.
I have already recommended this course to others and will be playing it again when I return to Vegas, especially with the GolfNow pricing.

Good location for a Dam day trip.

The course is a bit of a hike from the strip (>30 min) but would be an OK addition to a day trip to the Hoover Dam. It is a reasonable good course. I saw some players in dungarees which may or may not set some pple off. Course was in reasonable shape considering the weather (turf was frozen < 1/2 inch under the green surfaces). It wasn't busy the day I played and we zipped around the course. Other than the pro shop, the staff seemed disinterested. Good price from GolfNow for those looking for "cheaper" golf in the Vegas area.
