I have been to Trappers several times. I for the most part like the course. We only go when there is a deal on Golfnow.com. This past week went in the morning on a beautiful day. I can tell you this was one of my least enjoyable rounds of the summer. I have played 75+ times this summer. Putting is my thing. I can always make adjustments to the greens. The greens on this day were the most absolute unfair I have ever seen greens. I don't mind missing or even three putting once in a while. I actually had a four putt on 12. The greens were unplayable in my opinion. I will not go back. There are too many other courses in the Dells area to play. Sorry Trappers! No more for me. The beer is off the charts expensive. If you want a fair course with a good price on beer try Cold Water Canyon. Played there today and shot a 85. Nothing special I know, but at least we were treated fairly.

Booked on Golf now for under $30. Staff was very friendly and we loved the course. Driving range is great and very reasonable. We will be back soon.

Liked the course because of the layout. Staff is not friendly, but that's not an issue for us. We are there to golf not socialize. The main thing I remember with both times we went there is the amount of old men in 4-5 person groups. Very slow! It was nice out, so it was not a big deal. I could see how most golfers would shy away from this course because of the pace of play.

The price was really good. Like the free range balls. The course is hard if you do not know where you are going. I have golfed here at least 40 times in the last 10 years and love to make the drive down from Madison. Pace of play is sometimes slow. Overall, I give the course a B+.

We had a great day. The weather was perfect. The beer was cold and our golf game was fairly good. Love the price and the condition of the course. We seemed like we were the only ones on the back nine. Would go back. In fact, that was our second time golfing there this week. A+

Great day for golf. The price was great and the pace of play was very fast. The greens are very tough. The course layout can be confusing, but is fun to play. No drink cart was a bit of a downer, but we did go on a Tuesday in the middle of the day. I would tell anyone who has not played Deer Valley to check it out. It is very beautiful.

We have golfed at Koshkonong four times this season. The first time out was the best. Yesterday the course was in rough condition. The greens were very rough and shaggy. We were members the last several years. We don't plan to join this year. The course just isn't in the shape it has been in the past.

We played at the course yesterday around 8:15. The staff was somewhat friendly. The course overall was in dire need of maintenance. It looks like they have just let it go for the fall season. A major turnoff for my was the smell of dead carp. They were just floating in the ponds. We got to hole 14 and there was a dead carp up by the green. The fairways on the back were muddy from the holes they plugged. Overall I would give it a C- and that is weighted almost entirely on the price we paid. Probably would go back, but not this season.

This was our first time to the course. I heard nothing but good things about the course. We were very impressed with the clubhouse and pro shop area. The driving range was really nice. It was a bit confusing where to tee off, but we eventually got there. We followed a couple. The girl hit 3-4 balls on every hole. That was extremely annoying! She hit 3-4 putts a hole too. As we looked around the course we noticed several groups of five and even a few groups of six. Not much for rules or pace of play on the course. The twosome we followed eventually joined up with a threesome. It was just on one hole, but again they were not even concerned about who was behind them. We got a very good deal on the rate and it was a nice day. The interstate noise was absolutely horrible. I may go back. I will give anyone a second chance. Overall grade B-.

We have played the course several times this summer. We love the Glacier. Private and beautiful. Beer is very expensive, but the golf was very reasonable. Overall, I give the experience an A.

We got to the fourth hole and we were shocked to see 5 (five) carts in the fifth fairway. There were eight people on one hole. Directly in front of us was a dad with two younger kids. No big deal, but the eightsome? We jumped to six only to see the eightsome had jumped to seven. They were very loud and obnoxious. Not to mention SLOW. Never again!
