Love the layout and the staff is nice but the recent drought had turned the fairways into basically concrete. Balls just roll endlessly and bounce aggressively because of how dry and flat the “grass” is.

Tee boxes are okay, rates are pretty good. I’ll give this another chance next season.

Great, fun little course. Totally worth the walk or push cart as the holes are never more than a 2 minute walk from the green of the previous hole.

The only downside I had was the pace of play. The tee times would just start right after each other so no group was able to gain any space. One slow group 2 groups ahead of us created a slow down that at one point we were talking to the group behind us who had caught completely up to us while we watched the group in front of us tee off.

Love the course, I will play again but it needs a ranger driving around to speed up play.
