I have played Headley a number of times & always enjoyed it. However, this review relates to an off the course experience while attending a Christmas Fayre at the venue, reference to staff relates to catering/Management, not the golf team. The food was undercooked & when this was politely flagged the Manager/Organiser was exceptionally rude & insisted that our party leave immediately. This was unbelievably poor customer service, he wouldn't even listen to our viewpoint. We were not the only people complaining & his attitude was appalling. Due to this I will not visit Headley again, this is a crying shame as the club deserve better than this.
