Fairways were in very poor shape, lots of bare spots. Greens were slower than I expected but you can get used to that. Staff was great, I almost arrived late but they were very understanding. The bartender was very friendly and food was great.

Course is fairly nice and decent condition but just has 9 holes, you play twice. Greens were slow compared to others in the area and hard to get used to the speed. Traps were well kept but had thick sand and not much depth. Fairways are okay but no where near like others in the area but that’s what you get for half or a third the price. We never saw anyone else on the course until we were on 17, we had begun at 1212. Overall, it’s still golf and best price in the area by far, so we’ve played it more than once over the years visiting Cabo.

This is a wonderful course. Great shape (except greens had been recently aerate when I played, but the price was lowered for that reason). It's a fun layout to play and the fairways and rough were in great shape. There's some challenges, especially on the back nine with most of the holes winding around a big lake. The clubhouse is beautiful and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend the course.
