Hampton Golf Village
Played On 04/24/2016Best bang for Buck
This is the best value in north atlanta. $25-$40 anytime and it's a steal. Greens are in great shape and the fairways are almost 100% green. Front 9 is a test, but the back 9 opens up and is smooth sailing.
Heritage Golf Links - Legacy Nine

I normally don't write reviews but felt obligated here.
The course is in fantastic shape (7 HCP here). Fairway - green combo is probably the best in Atlanta right now for a public course. It's very challenging and long from the back tees. Requires long drives on some holes and precision approach shots into the hilly greens (which are in great shape).
The only thing to complain about are the bunkers which need some attention. But overall you won't find a better trac to play in Atlanta IMO.
Keep it up guys, love the overhaul of the facility .
The Manor Golf and Country Club

Let me start out by saying that I'm a member of a local club in the area but not at the manor. These people literally go out of their way to make it know you're NOT a member of their club. From the time you park, check in, greeted at 1st box, and Marshalls driving by you on the course. It's sad they fail to realize they NEED the public to stand on their own two feet financially. Not to mention we are all potential members. I would be embarrassed to part of the club and the way they act.
Course is in great shape as usual. One of my favorite tracks in Atlanta.
RiverPines Golf Course

I play at least once a week in metro Atlanta and this course never lets me down. Greens are always in good shape and so are the fairways and tee boxes. Very fun track with some quirky holes that require tough mid iron play.
