Greens and turf great, fast greens great day. Hole locations too close to collars

Greens were good, course is improving. Trim or remove trees on left of #3 and #15 fairways

Greens are fast, firm and healthy. Course is very firm, bouncy fairways. The improvements are still growing in on tee boxes. We really appreciate the walking rates. We teed off at 11 am and finished in 3:26 walking, golf should not take longer than 3:45 pick it up people

Too much distance between holes, palmetto brush close to playing areas, lost balls 4 yards off fairway leaves you frustrated. Good condition, friendly staff, get rid of the brush and let people make recovery shots

Great layout, holes vary in direction often. Good mix of left and right doglegs. Bunkers are large saucers, greens were not fast, but ok. Fairways and tees have a few weeds, but playable. This is a park style course that doesn't have homes or condos within, I always enjoy it

Green, fairways, tees in great shape. No ranger, pace of play very slow, foursome holding up everyone. Proper golf etiquette is keep up with the group ahead, or let other faster groups play through. Don't apologize for being slow, step aside. Not one ranger in 4:25 minutes, c'mon Biltmore

Peaceful quiet round, greens, fairways and tees all In great shape. Layout is challenging, target style golf. Surprisingly, not much water in play. Greens are smaller with good movement, speed was perfect. This course is very enjoyable, a design that has stood strong for 50 years

I have played this course since 90's, the topography and strategic holes are excellent. You are able to recover from shots in the pines as the trees are trimmed correct (raised skirts) the surfaces are all in good condition. My only complaint would be the green fringe is 1" longer than the green and balls collect on this border creating a difficult lie, even on the green. The starter was rude, he won't last for Cabot company, just go ahead and retire dude. The asthetics are not as up kept as years past, but the golf is still exceptional

I have played here twice. Wonderful elevation and contour on every hole. Big flash bunkers all over, but not many forced carries if you steer it around lower. The course doesn't play long as fairways are bouncy firm. Subtle green movement with 3-4 greens tilting front to back. This is a great property of land that Bobby Weed designed or re did, i also like his Paltka restoration, super courses

This course has some great hole designs. There are lots of interesting approach shots that ask for curving left or right shots. The greens were in good shape, however the course doesn't seem to drain that well, so some soggy patches. Staff is A+ friendly

The superintendent thought his regulars would catch me at 0700 i walked the 18 in 2:38. Greens were fantastic, bunkers good, fairways had a few bare spots, tees great. The design is not difficult, tees are close to greens, an easy walk with 3-4 gentle hills. This is the best conditioning you will find in a public access course. Well done, sorry my phone was an hour off super.

Cory was a really welcome sight. No water anywhere on the course, but she gave great service at the snack bar. What a babe

18th hole flag was 4 paces from the back right. Not really a player friendly placement.

Really fun layout. Good staff. Fairways wide and greens were easier to hit than some of Pete Dye's family trees greens. The greens here were fair but difficult to putt, lots of subtleties. I'll be back for my revenge

11 tee box (blue) needs to be reshaped. No flat areas. Fairways have patches of Augustine grass but overall they play great, bouncy firm and healthy. The greens and fringes are good. Greenspeed was good. Well maintained fpr a muni. A foursome jumped in front of us on #10, at 1:15 pm, you have starters and ranger so what are they doing? We were on pace before they started in the wrong 9.

There should be a walking rate or a discount. People like to walk and shouldn't have to subsidize a golf cart they don't want or use.

Weeds and invasive grasses in fairways, greens tee boxes. Greens and collars are too slow. Needs TLC. Not much grass in fairways.

Your greens have been invaded by other grasses including st Augustine. Time to address this before it gets worse
