Extremely wet

I appreciate this course. It's local and they don't price gouge like some courses locally. The thing was it was so wet it made the round unplayable. Particularly the back nine. After 12 holes I gave up. In the middle of the fairways were huge lakes where it used to be fairway.

I'm not sure what they can do?
It's literally rained in Houston every day 60 out the last 65 days!

The course never has time to dry out.
Maybe add more drainage, I'm not sure.

When it's dry this is a great course and well kept.

If it wasn't for 3 holes

I feel like this course is stuck between being a water course and a woods course. I think this is a really excellent value. Usually you can get a round here for less than $30. El Dorado is definitely harder than La Quinta. For us amateurs I'd recommend LaQuinta. Overall I've yet to have a negative experience either with staff or other players. This is a very friendly place.
