Challenging 9 hole par 3. Well maintained. Nice layout. Professional bunkers.

Fairways and greens being well maintained and brush has been tidied up. Tee areas need a little attention.

It was our first time playing here this year and we were very surprised and disappointed with the poor conditions.
It is understood that Eastern Ontario had very severe weather this past winter and spring, but this course certainly hasn’t recovered or done the required work to bring the course back up to par.
In past years we have enjoyed playing here several times throughout the season, but we won’t be back this year.
Hopefully things will be better next year.

Great for working on your short game. Accuracy is required as many holes have water hazards. Also, some narrow tree lined fairways.
Greens, fairways and tee boxes all in good shape.
Well layed out. Good for those who would like to walk.

Interesting course as this area has rolling hills! Not the usual swamps and water hazards. Several holes had various elevations between tees and greens.
Good value, nice fairways, but greens were in bad shape. Lots of bumps and brown spots which made them slow and unpredictable. Grass around the edge of the greens was long...needs to be cut. Also, several broken branches, debris and leaves along the sides of some fairways.
Staff were friendly. There was an average club house/pro shop with a small restaurant. Washrooms out on the course as well as drinking water.
This course has an interesting policy! If you book through Golf Now, they will only check you in 15 minutes prior to your tee-off time. This made for some awkward last minute rushing and didn’t enable us to practice or warm up.

#10 a bit of a challenge...be prepared to look for your ball!
Not sure why there are large areas of wood chips near the greens on two holes (on the back nine). Never have seen this before on any other course. Not an easy "chip" shot onto the green if you end up there!

This course is well maintained and is perfect for fall golfing. Staff is very friendly and the rates are excellent. Worth the drive from Ottawa!
