No starter, no instructions on checking in, front nine in extremely poor condition back a bit more groomed. A lot of water layout is good loos golf balls in rough as not cut.

This is our third time this year playing this course.
They never have golf carts availability until just before you tee Off. Feb 1 was very busy and a 22 minute delay .

It was a Shot Gun start we not told that and than because of weather cart path only for full round.
A well kept course, greens great really long day because of the walking.

I found the Golf now description not be true. This course was surrounded by homes . We like to play with other people, ahead of us a 3 some which were very slow, and 2 people behind us, felt like a sandwich. They should insist on pairing doubles for time. The sand bunkers are horrible, really in need of attention and a lot of problems in the fairways.

Needs some TLC in grounds, sand traps etc,
We were not greeted, no bag boy, golfed by ourselves.
Found no instructions as to the course layout and distances on two holes incorrect.
