Bear Creek Golf Complex - Cub Course
Played On 04/07/2017Practice for GF
Nice little course for my girlfriend to learn & practice, got lost between 11 & 12 as you must turn around & go back from where you teed off on #11. Other than that great day & round; staff was very good met us at drop off, check in a breeze, sandwich & drinks before our round from kitchen not bad & green & fairways were in very nice shape.

The greens were in perfect shape they held the ball with my wedge shots & even the one time I was teaching my girlfriend a bump & run shot. Fairways were green & not soaked, we did start at 12:45 BTW; so can't speak for earlier. The cart service was once per side but that's okay ( a beer will set you back a whole of 2.50) we weren't looking to get plowed!!! The staff at the club house was very nice we even got asked by the gentleman that signed us in how it went as he was at the bar sipping a martini afterwards.

I have been playing executive courses with the intent of getting my girlfriend acquainted with playing longer 18 hole courses. This is a very nice courses but a bit pricey for the week, my understanding is it's $10 less ($30) on the weekend. Having said that it was still a great outing with the exception of standing water just off the cart path & on the fairways on a few holes which came into play once with the 4 some we were playing in. Fix the leaks on the watering system, as there are plenty of water hazards without the need to have to take a drop for casual water on the course.
