Considering the time of year (January) the fairways were moderately brown and dry. The greens were fertilized and slick. Some of the tee boxes were sparse of grass.

Friendly outing
The course was in good condition considering the lack of rain last month. The fairways were in good condition and the green ran true, but not too fast.
