Shot even on the front which is fairly easy. Back 9 will be easier the next time. You'll cross the same creek about 6 times on the back and you need to know what club to hit to stay short of it. Par 3's are all very short and there of plenty of bunkers. I'll give it another try later this year...Lots to do in Stillwater so worth the drive.

Played with my wife and 2 guys we were matched with. We used Golf Pass to book and had no problem when we arrived. Driving Range and clubhouse are a little sub par compared to the course they are on. We played 2 other courses on our trip and this was by far the best layout and condition. Pace was fine. Shot 79 with a double on 9 and bogey on 18. Wife played well and the guys we played with were fun....Really fun track.

I live on and play this course all the time. Zoysia fairways and fescue rough (heavy). Lots of natural grass areas that you want to avoid. Greens are never very fast, but they are large and fair. For Kansas, it is beautiful. If you can drive the ball in the fairway, going low is not hard. Carts are older and slow, but the rates are fair. When you're done, there is a steak house right next door to the course and 2 motels if you want to make it a weekend.
