The course still has plenty of sand around all of the greens and fairways, making each shot feel like you are hitting out of a bunker. The layout is somewhat frustrating for a newcomer, as 50%+ of all approaches are to green complexes you can't see.
The range balls are distance limiting, which kinda stinks since they seem to have the space.

No starter made pace of play a nightmare. There are tons of blind tee shots that make it impossible for someone new to know where to go. The greens were gimmicky and in pretty rough shape with lots of bounces. Only plus is that the layout is pretty cool. Riding is a must.
