Only paid $49 Golfnow so in Naples area that is a steal in December. It was as good as $100 courses in the area. I play Lelly courses a lot, so Yes it is not manicured like the $200 courses, but nice layout, greens were in good shape, fairways were fine, tee boxes a little beat up. Bunkers in good condition. I would say similar to Arrowhead and Hibiscus. I have not found a better value course in Naples / Marco area.

Course conditions were excellent.
With combo tees you can find a yardage that works for your handicap.
The fairways are generous but elevated above the ground so if you miss, there is not a lot of rough to catch your ball before it rolls into thick stuff or water. So hit em straight and enjoy one of the best courses in the area.

Layout is improved over years past making it more playable for higher handicaps. Love the views.

Pace of play was reasonable 4:30min. Greens were in great shape rolled true and consistent. Pretty straight forward typical Florida style golf. Bunker sand was consistent and well taken care of. Fairways not manicured like a high end course but for 1/2 the price in decent condition. I liked the fact that rangers were out there and were not shy to tell a group they were falling behind.

Course is pretty short but fun to play. Greens in good condition . Very good for seniors who don’t have the distance any more. Long hitters will be going for green on several par 4.

Greens well cared for. For the price you would have a hard time beating this place.
